A very common species in gardens is Brachyiulus pusillus. It is small and shiny and has a light double line close to the center of the back. These lines maybe yellowish or reddish. You could also say the back is yellowish with a small black line right on top of it. The body counts 30 to 34 segments. It is fond of climbing up the trees and bushes and is regularly found on walls or fences.
Brachyiulus pusillus is also know under the scientific name of Julus pusillus.
